- ASP 055: Communication Skills for International Students
Instruction and practice in formal and informal English language usage in the context of intercultural learning are provided for international graduate students with limited English proficiency.3 hours. Critical reading and thinking strategies for comprehending, writing about, and learning textbook material representing different academic disciplines. Strategies for increasing the number of words students understand in their reading/ listening and use in their speaking/writing.
