Ace Services During the COVID-19 Pandemic
In accordance with UIC’s COVID-19 pandemic policy and to protect the health and well-being of our students, Ace is currently operating remotely and is not offering face-to-face appointments. The Ace office, computer lab, and study area are closed until further notice.
Ace staff will provide services virtually (via Webex, Zoom, Skype, and telephone) in order to assist students.
Students can make an appointment with an Ace Academic Specialist using the following methods:
- Use the online scheduler on our website (https://ace.uic.edu/) by scrolling down to the “Need Coaching? Book an appointment” link
If no suitable appointment time is available on the online scheduler, please:
- Email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or leave a voicemail on our office telephone (312-413-0031), and an Ace staff member will be in touch
- Contact an Ace Academic Specialist directly via email:
